Land Developpment
Our consultancy services cover the whole life of a project, from concept through to detailed design for construction including:

We engage in informed 3D terrain optimisations and modelling on our projects to manipulate finished levels to minimise import or export from the site, creating a balanced cut-and-fill solution.
  • Knowing your earth volumes saves you money, our resulting earthworks drawings and volume schedules provide well defined and robust groundworks cost plan.
  • We aim to contribute clarity to tender designs and therefore a degree of certainty later in construction.
  • We engage in environmental mapping of the sub-soils, allowing optimised and efficiently defined earthwork packages to ensure clarity in tendering and deliver cost certainty and significant savings to the overall build costs and programme for our clients.
  • We design ground improvement solutions including soil stabilisation techniques to recycle and strengthen weak and contaminated soil materials
